Refunds / Returns or Cancellations

We have made every effort to make sure our products as accurate as possible. Quality is what we stand by, But as a company policy we do not provide refund on any purchase.

Once  Manière shirts  are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement or for a credit note (provided they meet terms and condition).
Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described. If for some reason, you are unsure of the size and would like to exchange them, you can write to us at and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and  guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to process your return/exchange. We are always happy to help 

Note – If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time. Products on sale are NOT eligible for exchange/Returns. All made to orders products are non returnable and non refundable, also no credit note will be given for it.

Please note that we do not have a return policy, but we have a 7 days exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, we will take care of the shipping. We reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

Please note that we are unable to accept for items purchased at other retail locations /Exhibitions or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.


We are not able to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. If so, the order can be cancelled only after receipt of delivery by the customer. For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer. 



Please inform our customer care department in the event any articles are delivered without tags. Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. E-
